Bottom Web Films

Bimashi manufacture The Polyamide (PA) based Bottom Web Films are suitable for packaging cooked cheese slices, speckles and various other food products. With excellent mechanical properties and strong puncture resistance, this material provides a "medium" level of barrier protection. Films containing EVOH are also available on request.

Thermoforming consists of utilizing a top web and a bottom web Through the thermoforming process, the bottom web is heated and molded in a chamber. Once completed, the product is placed into the molded package and then sealed with the top web. This process efficiently molds trays and various packaging types for a perfect fit.
